A Talented New Chef for the Woolpack in Chilham, Kent

The Woolpack Inn in Chilham, Kent, is proud to announce that they have taken on a new chef with a pedigree to shout about.

Brad Smith was the Chef de Partie of the Maze restaurant in London (Gordon Ramsey) for about two years. News of the Woolpack's growing success reached Brad and he applied for a vacancy at the pub. 

Everyone at The Woolpack is delighted that he has accepted an offer to work there and will be taking up his position as of the 18th February 2013.
 
Brad will be cooking alongside the talented Phillip Lanning who was the Sous Chef at Eastwell Manor. The Woolpack can now boast a fantastic team to push the restaurant forward to even greater things in the future.
 
The pub will be launching a new menu as from just before Easter to compliment these two assets cooking up a storm in the kitchen.
