The Wiremill, Tandridge, Surrey

As you venture down the bumpy lane you may be thinking to yourselves “where on earth are we going” but fear not, keep driving and you will see the building appear at the end of the lane.

Wonder up the stairs at the side of the building and the lake will spread out before you. A fantastic spot in the summer months and just as beautiful in Autumn and Winter as the wildlife combines with the scenery to make a truly magical space. You wouldn’t believe you were still in the UK after spending a few hours at The Wiremill.

Food is freshly prepared, sourced locally and ethically around the three counties of Sussex, Surrey and Kent by a skilled team of chefs. Its not fancy, it’s honest, tasty and a plate full, as pub grub should be; cracking roasts on a Sunday, intimate meals on a weekday, breakfast or brunch if you fancy.

Stuart and his team will be delighted to see you, even if its just for a cuppa and a natter, pop in anytime! Or alternatively stay for a bit longer in one of the lovely ensuite bedrooms.

Rooms: Double ensuite and breakfast for two people - price range £69.00 - £135.00

Group size — over 12 and up to 110 in winter, 230 in summer
