The Little Angel, Henley on Thames, Oxfordshire

The Little Angel, one of most famous pubs in historic Henley on Thames, is perfectly situated just 100 yards from the River Thames with parking, a large garden and bags of room.

The original pub, said to be one of the oldest in Berkshire, has been extended over the years to provide several beautifully interior designed spaces for eating and drinking.  Warm, well blended colours compliment the expertly chosen, eclectic art that adorns the walls and ceiling, including specially commissioned pieces of the River Thames.  A variety of comfy spaces to sit, meet friends, family or clients means this pub fits all and is therefore an extremely popular choice.

The cuisine is Modern British with a twist and with all food cooked freshly on their a la carte and daily specials boards, they have a great reputation for good food, efficient service and very friendly staff.  The menu includes sharing plates, light bites, Sunday roasts and their ‘Two Ton Table’ where diners can pre-order their own roast to carve at their table.  They also offer private party and bespoke catering for special requests.

Outside, there is ample parking for patrons and a large, smart patio garden with seasonal flowers, shrubs and hanging baskets.  Overlooking the quintessential Henley Cricket Club grounds, you can while away an afternoon with friends, a good lunch, bottle of rose or that 'oh so English' of pastimes, Pimms, whilst watching a game of afternoon cricket.  Situated a short walk over pretty Henley Bridge into the town, The Little Angel’s location would be hard to match if you’re in the vicinity.
