The Boot Bledlow Ridge

Situated in the heart of the picturesque Chiltern Hills, this well-run village pub offers fresh, locally produced food that you really want to go out for, and an excellent range of drinks, great local ales from the local Marlow Brewery and fabulous wines.

After an extensive refurbishment in 2013, The Boot’s current owners Andy and Emma have turned this establishment into what it always should have been − a community pub full of customers enjoying themselves. Emma was actually born in the village!

From the outside the building is a traditional mix of red brick and slate pitched roofs but inside it conceals a large, modern open-plan area, with distinct sections for eating and drinking. Muted shades and vibrant furniture are enhanced by beamed vaulted ceilings, a large brick open fire and quarry tiles on the floor. The long stylish bar at the heart of the pub takes centre stage.

The Boot's large secluded garden provides hours of fun for children (and well behaved dogs) to play, a stunning patio area for alfresco dining and ample room for marquees to cater for larger events.

The menu reflects the chef's desire to create exciting dishes that offer something for everyone and all budgets, yet home comforts and pub classics are not overlooked. Everything is freshly cooked using local produce where possible. And don’t whatever you do overlook the delicious selection of locally made ice cream.

Whether you fancy a casual drink, a delicious meal or a leisurely Sunday lunch, you will always be greeted with a friendly smile and attentive service at The Boot.
